Elasticsearch Solr updated river/plugin

Hey all,

I am trying to index my data from solr 5.3 to elasticsearch 6.2.4. I have seen plenty of plugins and rivers for older versions of both services, but I was wondering if there has been anything that I've been missing that is compatible with more current versions? Thank you
