I have installed Elasticsearch version 6.4.0 on Windows Server 2016 using the msi installer.
Although, the installer ui confirms the default location of the data, config and log folders, after installation, these are not present. This means there is no elasticsearch.yml present in the config folder.
Is this a default installation state? Just curious....

Sorry, my bad, looking in wrong directory. Documentation clearly states C:\ProgramData, for those folders, and they are there....
