ELK SAAS Cluster turns red or yellow sometimes .. need to know the reason

My SAAS Cluster goes to red or yellow every often. After sometime it becomes ok. sometimes i get a message for Replica shards is missing .

where can i get the error for cluster going to red or yellow. and how to solve it.
It is a ELK SAAS 8.13.1

What is the full output of the cluster stats API?

Currently when i run the cluster, it is green. but it sometimes get to red or Yellow and i am unable to find the reason why it is getting in to red or yellow status

Is there a location, where i can check the cluster logs. why it is red or yellow at a certain period of time
