ELK Setup in AWS EKS

Hi,

We are planning to go for on premise ELK setup on AWS ELK (Kubernetes) for Infra/APM/Log Monitoring.
I would like to know which EC2 slave machines are best suited for this. And which storage type is suited for this?

I am planning to create a StatefulSets with 32 GB heap (64 GB RAM) and persistent volume with EBS io1 type.

In my mind, I have m5d.4xlarge or m5.4xlarge which are 16vCPU and 64 GB machines as Slave machines. And use EBS for storage. But looks like m6g is also fine which is cheaper than m5.

Please suggest, any help would be great here.
