Enable Debug Logging on MetaDataCreateIndexService

Is there a way to enable debug logging on MetaDataCreateIndexService component?

I have set the template to not to use replica shards, but when the index is created it's created with a replica shard and it takes down cluster health to yellow. below is the line of log that i can see in the logs at the momen.

[2017-10-26T06:01:31,182][INFO ][o.e.c.m.MetaDataCreateIndexService] [xxxxxxx-node1] [xxxxxx-2017.10.26] creating index, cause [auto(bulk api)], templates [], shards [5]/[1], mappings []

You can change log level using the cluster update settings API
