Enabling features on air gapped network

I've just upgraded to 7.9.0 on an air gapped cluster. I cannot use the Ingest Manager because it cannot get to external repositories. Is there a way for me to get these packages and install them manually? Will these features be included with the RPMs when they are less "beta"? What options do I have?

Specifically, I have no way of connecting to "epr-7-9.elsatic.co".
