Error: Could not find or load main class org.elasticsearch.launcher.CliToolLauncher

I'm using windows and when I'm trying to run any other command than bin/elasticsearch.bat I get this strange error, maybe do you know why? I've checked the logs but I didn't found anything other than this

dziugas@DESKTOP-R163FHG MINGW64 ~/Desktop/elasticsearch-8.5.3
$ ./bin/elasticsearch-create-enrollment-token -s node
Error: Could not find or load main class org.elasticsearch.launcher.CliToolLauncher
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.elasticsearch.launcher.CliToolLauncher
