ERROR StatusLogger Unrecognized conversion specifier log4j2

Hi, I've been strugling with the setting of a small project using elastik e log4j. I'm using IntelliJ and when running everything works fine, but when I create the jar and try to execute it I always get:

ERROR StatusLogger Unrecognized conversion specifier [d]

Can someone suggest a solution?
