ERROR: Unknown command [http] when executing bin/elasticsearch-certutil http

I am trying to encrypt HTTP client communications as the doc in
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/7.x/configuring-tls.html#tls-http. But when I execute this command it prompts an error as follows.
ERROR: Unknown command [http]
Is there something I missed here?
