Hi All,
I'm using ES 6.8.4 version and wanted to upgrade to 7.9.2 and after running ES installer it fails, the error message is "An error occurred during upgrade!"
I appreciate if someone can help me to troubleshoot.

Did you open the log files that it links to? What do they say?
