ES license cost

Hi,
I would like to know how does X-Pack license works.

If the cluster is setup as 5 (Data)+3 (Master)+2 (Client - Kibana) nodes, will it be charged for per nodes totalling 10 nodes or just for 3 (Master) + 2 (Client) = 5 nodes?

How much ballpark figure for 10 nodes?

Please clarify.
