ES_PATH_CONF not working in windows

Hi Team,

I am trying to change my config files path in elasticsearch , I am using zip for instaling elastic version 7.1 and running below command

ES_PATH_CONF=/home/elasticuser/myconfig ./bin/elasticsearch

You can also see the same in below screen. Could you please let me know what I am doing wrong here??

I guess you need to read the Windows documentation on how to define user or system variables.
From my old memory days, I think it was something you can find in the System control panel (where you define also PATH and such variables).
