ES sizing

Hi All,

I know that proper sizing is an experimental process, but does ES provides some basic sizing matrix based on storage/performance etc .

Thanks in advance.

No. We often recommend keeping shards under 20 to 50gb.

It depends a lot on the use case, and query heavy search use cases are sized differently from indexing intense logging use cases.
