Event Analyser error

Hello,
We're using Kibana 7.17.2 and trying to enable the Timelines and Event Renderers
We're using an index named logs-sysmon containing Sysmon events
We can see the process tree, but when trying to look on a specific process node in the process tree it prompts an error "Node details were unable to be retrieved".
Is there a way to fix it and see the process details? (And subsequently use the Event Renderes).

We'd appreciate any help :slight_smile:
