Facing error in a single shard when replica=0

Hi ,

I am seeing this error when replica is set to 0.
With replica =1 its working fine.

Mapping command - https://gist.github.com/2005810
Query command - https://gist.github.com/2005820
Error message - https://gist.github.com/2005802
Version - 0.19

Strange things when the error strike is that , only 1 shard produces the
error and result is harnessed from others.

You end up putting both mappings under attachment (in the URL)?
