Failed connect logstash to rabbitmq

Hi all,
I setup elk with architecture beat --logstash(collect)--rabbitmq--logstash(process)--elasticsearch.

I can't connect from logstash to rabbitmq.
It seems rabbitmq reads out my config but it loads the default config.
I ran netstat on rabbitmq that saw listen port 5677.
Hope everyone explain the cause and how fix for me.
