Failed to connect to localhost port 9200: Connection refused

when I bulk import data into elastic, the problem always occurred:

The bulk comand I used is:

The total amount of my data is 42G and I split it into 4000 files, the size of each file is about 15M:

My disk space has 463G remained.

I tried many times and encountered the same problem. Why the problem occurred? Who can tell me, thank you.

Are you sure ES is running?

The ES is not running, the point is ES failed to keep alive when I bulk import data.
