Field transformation in elasticsearch

Hi All,

We are ingesting documents into elasticsearch using logstash, i have a field called "business elapsed time" the value of this field is "1 hours 15 minutes" , its getting ingested into elasticsearch as string is there any way where i can convert this into minutes?

"business elapsed time" : "1 hours 15 minutes"

Any advice please?
