We are excited to announce the release of Filebeat 1.0.0-RC1! Filebeat is a replacement for Logstash Forwarder, built on top of our extensible Beats platform! It brings greater stability, performance, platform support, and an extensive roadmap for lightweight file shipping.
IMPORTANT: This is a beta release and is intended for testing purposes only. DO NOT DEPLOY IN PRODUCTION!
