Filebeat 5.0 not processing files after restart

@ori.rubinfeld Registry looks ok. It shows that the pattern with - \\qa-app01\Logs\AppLogs\RT*.log* is the one that should work for sure, also in 5.0. Still trying to get my head around this one. Curious to hear what happens when you run on the snapshot build.
