Filebeat installation using tar and configurations

Hi all, I installed filebeat using tar. Can I know where it is configure for the registry and config files. For example the location of below fields

--path.config
-- path.data
-- path.logs

How should i start the filebeat ya. is this sufficient?

They would be under wherever you extracted the tar.gz.

You should be able to start Filebeat with that, yes.
