Filebeat not sending metadata pipeline to logstash for pipeline ingestion

Need help.
We configured the filebeat apache module and send the data to logstash, then to elasticsearch for pipeline ingestion. It works fine in access logs. But not in the error logs. How could that be?

btw ingest pipeline for access and error logs is already configured in elasticsearch.
