Filebeat with ssl error on windows server 2008

I installed filebeat 7.7.0 on a windows 2008 server with the following settings:

Logstash is configured in the following way:

But when I start the beat I get these errors from filebeat:

Looking at the packages with wireshark I realized that it doesn't do the ssl handshake as it does if I try filebeat from a windows 10.
What could be the problem?
