Find phrase ending with or containing

this is what i am getting from a router log

message : script,info CLIENT-ABC: 6.42.11 (long-term)

the portion CLIENT-ABC: 6.42.11 will be dynamic and will change from devices to devices.

I would like to search all logs which contains (long-term) to list them all at the same time.

is this possible?
