Find the fields that matched the keyword

Hi All,

I'm trying to find what fields were matched for a particular keyword using the query_string query with a set number of fields.
The use case is we have a detail page with tabs and sections and each field belongs to a particular section and we want to show in the search results that the following sections / tabs were qualified based on the keyword.
