For us is difficult to figure out which Visualization we can create after data has been imported into ES.

With ML we can see if there was any anomaly in our series data. Are there other Use Cases rather than Anomaly Detection that can be applied on ES?

Which techniques and tools do we have to apply in order to get more insights from our data?

Without knowing what type of data you have, it is hard to give good examples. There was however recently a webinar around using Elastic for Operational Analysis that may provide some inspiration.
