Fleet automatic import visualizations and dashboards by default

Hi, everyone

I have just upgraded from Kibana 7.9.2 to Kibana 7.16.3 and I have realised that Kibana has imported some index-patterns, visualizations and dashboards after entering in Fleet section.

Is there any way to disable this behaviour?
