I'm new to the community and to ELKs user interface capabilities and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
Here is my situation: Basically I have a CSV that contains 2 columns: category information and a free text summary describing a problem ticket raised to my team. This CSV contains all past ticket information.
From there, I've worked with ML specialists on my team to create a model outside of ELK that can correlate any 2 items. This model is something we will either transfer into or try to reproduce in ELK. However, before we do that, I want to understand if ELK can provide the user interface we'll need.
What I'd like to see would be the capability to type in a new problem ticket statement into a search bar in ELK and then query that against the existing data + model, which would return the problem tickets most similar to what was typed in.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how/if something like this might work? Any guidance would be appreciated.
