I have a somewhat odd ask.
I'm part of an enterprise environment that has a paid subscription to Elastic Cloud.
As of recent, I am unable to login to the support.elastic.co after enabling MFA for my login. The login page forced enabling one of three methods - I chose to use an authenticator app.
Now when I try to open a support case I cannot as I am redirected to a broken "Dream Machine Customer" page.
I am not able to find a support contact number as an alternative means to get assistance.
I submitted a general contact form from the elastic.co homepage. However, since I'm in need of assistance that is a tad bit more priority than what may presumably be a longer SLA for that, I'm wondering if there is a phone number I can call to get direct support assistance.
