How to contact Elastic Team because of a license?


I don't know if this is the correct topic, anyway, I'm trying to contact Elastic since beginning of December. First using the form that is available on their site, then trying to call to Sales team on Europe, and last, trying to call for their Sales and General Inquiries team to USA.

Also, I requested a trial extension and I got no answer... My trial expired and I just don't know what to do more.

Can anyone from Elastic help?
