My company has been trying to purchase the Elastic Enterprise License for a while now. We contacted an elastic consultant, we had an intro meeting and he was supposed to get back to us but never did. I am assigned with this and I have no idea what to do. I have sent an email to "Contact Sales" on elastic main website but there is no response since last year. I also sent an email to info@elastic.co no response. Can someone please assist me before my company discontinues the use of ELK because of lack of support.
