Contacting Sales

Hello everyone!

I’ve been trying to get in touch with the sales team of Elastic for a couple of weeks now, because my company is considering a platinum license. I’ve filled out the contact form with my contact details twice already and I am checking my spam folder regularly. Still they haven’t contact me yet.

Is there a different way to get in touch with them?

EDIT: I somehow cannot reply to @carly.richmond answer, but yes of cause, as mentioned above I’ve filled out the form twise. The first time on 6th of November and the second time was some when last week. I don’t know the exact date of the second time.

Thanks for your patience. I've followed up with the team and one of my colleagues has been trying to get in touch with you via phone and writing, and he hasn't heard back. Can you check your spam folder to see if you have any correspondence from us?
