What does it take to buy a service contract?

Sorry for posting this here, but this has been going on for 3 weeks now.

I have filled in the contact form at least five times. Never does anybody contact me. Does elastic really have a sales group? Is there a secret handshake required to get them to respond to the forms? My demo licenses are quickly nearing expiration.

Really, this is the strangest thing.
