How to get a Trial License Extension?

Hi, all,

Sorry for being offtopic but I just can't seem to find any other way to get into contact with someone from Elastic.

I was wondering how you'd get a Trial License Extension. I've put in a request through the website and tried to get in contact with Elastic Sales but no dice.

I started working at some big corp a couple of months ago and we're using ELK and I've set it up myself aswell to learn and run some PoCs that makes use of some of the licensed options. The stack at work is of course licensed but running PoCs at home saves a lot of turnaround time. :sweat_smile:

Anyone from Elastic that can help?

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you're not had a response yet. Is this for Elastic Cloud or on-prem?

Did you fill out either of these forms? And if so when?

On-prem extensions: Self-managed Trial Extension Request | Elastic
Cloud extension: Elasticsearch Service Trial Extension

Let me know and how long you have left on your trial. I'll do my best to help.

Thanks for your reply and I am sorry for being daft. :sweat_smile: It's the on-prem version and I indeed used that form to put in the request (besides the seperate e-mail to y'all). I think it was the 16th of October when I put in the request.

I don't have any days left on the trial unfortunately.
