Geo Distance Query while using Query strings

Greetings to all,

We are developing a search project in which we are using query strings to access our Elastic Search Index.

We would like to include a Geo Distance query to filter out results within a radius.

But we could not find solutions to our needs as it seems Geo Distance Query is not supported for query string language:

Now maybe going to try this:

davidwood/node-geopoint

But not sure it will work.

Anyone knows of a better solution or can provide some feedback?
