Get index req/resp rate per second using stats API

Hi All,

please explain me from stats API of es how can we get index req/resp per second

       i used GET /test/_stats but it is showing lot of stats. but I want to know currently on live index req/resp per second.

There's no one stat that shows this, it's something Marvel extrapolates though.
