Get new data feed based on query

Hello All,

I am new to Elasticsearch. I am working on a project with incoming sensors data to Elasticsearch. I would like to create a view like we do in SQL databases based on query. Then create a feed of that data in real time to a message queue. is that possible to do with Elasticsearch? Can you orient me?
