Get notified when some documents appeared in a saved search

Hello, i'm asking if it's possible to save a search made by an end users & get notified when there's some new documents appeared related to that search and placed on the Top 10.

real use case : In the most Rental Houses web sites we can save our search criteria and get notified when there's some new elements apppeared.

Any help please !!
