Getting a error when i start elastic search

Getting this error when I start the elastic search process

Failed to configure logging...
org.elasticsearch.ElasticsearchException: Failed to load logging configuration

Any ideas as to what the issue is?

It just can't load the logging config.

How are you starting ES?

I am starting it as as service.
