Hello everyone! I'd like to know if there's a method to install and manage elasticsearch as a service on ambari(hortonworks) !

Not that I'm aware of. Last I looked (a long time ago) ambari wasn't really pluggable. For ES, or any other service, to work with Ambari, one would have to create a dedicated Ambari integration and everything that comes with it.
