Giving WinSCP log file as input to filebeat

I want to give log file from WinSCP as input to Filebeat. Is it possible? If yes, how do I do it?

I'm not sure I understand, do you want filebeat to send WinSCP log output or you want to send a file from a remote system (that you access with WinSCP)?
