WinScp files issue with filebeat

Hi Guys,

I have a strange issue, i have server centos with filebeat installed when i'm creating a file-log on the server all works good i see the file on kibana.

but when i'm creating the file via winscp it's not working... if im changing the file date on the linux machine i'm getting the file to the kibana.

any idea what can be the problem? thanks a lot.

Might be a good idea to include some information.. You don't give any info apart from WinScp. Where does WinScp generate the file? What is your filebeat config?
Always include as much info as possible.

Hi,
If I understand, you are trying to create log by windows application. Windows and Linux have different New Line. Use filebeat for windows, then you dont need to tranfer files to centos.
