Group regex while search

Hi
I have log file that contain lines like this:

08:00:00.032 user     parameter: A[0]B[0]C: Action successful.

How can i extract A value, B value while searching with regular expression.

FYI:i don't want to change any config file and need to do this in stream search field.

Any idea?
