GSLB in front of Proxies

Hi,

Would a GSLB (DNS load balancer) be an appropriate load balancer to put in front of the ECE proxies (or even data nodes in a normal cluster)?
Also, does the Java transport client sniffing work with ECE?

The transport client should work identically for ECE as EC - see https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud/current/security.html#security-transport

We haven't tested a GSLB in front of ECE, in fact we don't even configure session affinity with the ELBs we use in EC. I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work at least as well as no LB at all though
