H3 aggregation in elastic

Hi,

Is there a H3 aggregation that Uber has open sourced in ES? That will be a useful thing to have. geohash works beautifully, but nice to leverage hexagonal grids.

Any suggestions?

I have not seen a community plugin for this so far and I am not aware of any timeline for this.
