Hands On Elasticsearch

Heya,

Malloum and I have build some exercises to play with Elasticsearch in Java
(Hands On).

You can find here the repository with two branches:
https://github.com/elasticsearchfr/hands-on
https://github.com/elasticsearchfr/hands-on

  • master contains JUnit tests with blanks (all tests fails)
  • answers contains complete JUnit tests (all tests works)

Follow the README file instructions to play with it.

Hands On takes about 3 hours to complete for newbies. It covers Indexing,
Searching, Faceting.

We hope it could help some of you to start with Elasticsearch in Java or to
build yourself some Hands On.

There are also some slides on slideshare but it's in french.

is relevant?
