Help upgrading to 5.0

I ran the migration tool and received the following message re: my indexes:

Replaced settingsℹ
index.analysis.analyzer.default_index.tokenizer has been replaced by index.analysis.analyzer.default.tokenizer
index.analysis.analyzer.default_index.type has been replaced by index.analysis.analyzer.default.type
jobs_production_20161020224759394

My understanding is I need to update some index settings. I'm new to this, what is the best way to update these settings before updating ElasticCloud to 5.0?
