Help with hot threads

Hey guys

I am using elasticsearch 5.4.1 on a virtualized and shared environment, sharing even a storage with spinning disks.

I called the hot threads api and receive a lot of information.

In my overview, i think the most part of this threads are I/O threads, but where can i found more information to understand?
