How can I delete and insert parent document?

Hi. Can someone help me with this as i want to delete my parent docs in my parent child relationship and insert it again to the index. How will it work? This again inserted parent document will be in the same shard as its child?
And another case, may I insert child document first, if I know id of future parent document?
