How can I use elastic maps in a non-Internet environment?

Es-cluster is currently in use on the internal network.

I don't see any Elastic maps in Kibana, but I think the cause is the internal network.
How can I use elastic maps in a non-Internet environment?

You'll need to either host or have some other means to get the mapping tiles/layers. See more info here.
